Five cops dismissed

LAHORE, March 8: Capital Chief Police Officer (CCPO) Amjad Javed Saleemi has dismissed from services five constables on various charges, including misuse of power and absence from duty.

According to a press release issued on Friday, the CCPO also rejected appeals of 28 policemen against departmental penalties granted to them on misconduct with citizens, negligence and on other charges.
