PESHAWAR:The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was dissolved on Tuesday following the summary received by Governor Engineer Shaukatullah.

Earlier on Monday Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa province Ameer Haider Khan Hoti had sent a summary to the provincial Governor Engineer Shaukatullah requesting the dissolution of the KP assembly.

Justice (retd) Tariq Pervez, who was nominated as caretaker chief minister of the province on Mar 15, is expected to take oath tomorrow (Mar 20).
