QUETTA: PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Monday claimed that the party leadership was engaged in talks with the PPP to finalise seat adjustment for the upcoming general election.

Flanked by PML-Q Central Secretary General Mushahid Hussain, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that the party leadership in the provinces are well authorised on allotment of party tickets.

"The PML-Q has formally launched its election campaign in Balochistan and on the basis of our services for the masses, we are confident to sweep the elections," he said.

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Mushahid Hussain claimed that in view of its performance, PML-Q would again emerge as the single largest party in the upcoming general elections in Balochistan.

PML-Q Balochistan president Shaikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhel, secretary general Asim Gurd Gailu, Ruqaya Saeed Hashmi were also present on the occasion.

Hailing the decision of Khoso as caretaker prime minister, Chaudhry Shujaat hoped the interim premier would live up to the expectations of the nation.
