NOWSHERA, April 2: A man was shot dead while a young girl attempted to commit suicide here on Tuesday.
A police source said Ahmad Hussain Khattak, resident of Kotli Kalan, Charat, area was shot and injured by unknown persons while on way to market from home. He came to Pakist-an from England a few days ago to attend a marriage in family.
Police said he was rushed to Rashid Hussain Shaheed Memorial Hospital but he died before getting any treatment. After autopsy, Pabbi police registered the case against unknown persons.—Correspondent
