Attack on polio team injures two in Tank

TANK: Members of an anti-polio vaccination team came under attack in Gomal village in Tank district’s border area with Waziristan tribal region on Friday.

Two male vaccinators were injured injured in the attack, according to police who added that the injured workers were shifted to a local hospital for treatment.

The attackers immediately escaped from the scene after the incident.
