Born on December 25, 1949 in Lahore, Nawaz Sharif is a former two-time premier and chief minister of Punjab. He is well-remembered for carrying out nuclear tests in 1998 and heads Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz, Pakistan’s second-largest political party.
