KARACHI: At least two people were injured in a hand grenade explosion near Rabia City apartments in Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Johar neighbourhood late on Saturday, DawnNews reported.

TV reports suggest a hand grenade or a cracker was hurled outside the Rabia City building, which is considered a stronghold of Awami National Party (ANP), near Pehlwan Goth area of Gulistan-e-Johar.

Three people were killed and around 27 others, including children, were injured in a militant attack on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in Karachi’s Azizabad neighbourhood earlier on Saturday night.
