NA-265 (Sibi-cum-Kohlu-cum-Dera Bugti-cum-Herani; old Sibi-Kohlu-Dera Bugti)

NA-265 is spread over the districts of Sibi, Kohlu and Dera Bugti and no non-Bugti has ever won from this seat.

In 2002, Haider Bugti of JWP defeated Mehrab Khan Baloch of Balochistan National Movement by 79,112 votes. Moreover, in 2008, Mir Ahmadan Khan Bugti, contesting on a PML-Q ticket, defeated independent candidate Mir Dostain Khan Domki, garnering almost 57 per cent of the votes.

This time around, key contenders for the seat are JWP's Talal Akbar Bugti, PPP's Ahmed Jan and PML-Q’s Ahmadan Bugti.

NA-272 (Kech-cum-Gwadar)

NA-272 spans across Balochistan’s districts of Kech and Gwadar. Former education minister Zubeida Jalal won from the seat in 2002 as an independent candidate and contrary to expectations finished as runner-up in 2008, losing to Yaqoob Bizenjo of BNP – Awami.

In 2013, the seat will see a contest among 11 candidates with National Party's Yaseen Baloch and Zubeida Jalal (now PML-N) as key contenders.
