LAHORE, May 17: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday suspended the order of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Zaka Ashraf of imposing ad hoc on three regional bodies, namely Lahore, Faisalabad and Sialkot.

The PCB chairman had also suspended Abbottabad besides the three bodies mentioned above.

Abbottabad, led by Amir Nawab, is also likely to move court against the PCB decision.

All these important regions, including Karachi and Multan, were bypassed by the PCB in electing Zaka Ashraf as the PCB chairman.

The elections were held secretively in Islamabad. Instead of taking these regions into confidence, the PCB had suspended them.
