RAWALPINDI: The head master of the school, where Ajmal Kasab had allegedly studied, appeared before an anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi where he presented educational records and stated that the person whose record was submitted was alive and could be produced in court if needed, DawnNews reported.
School teacher, Mudassir, had brought along with him records containing information on Ajmal Kasab's school admission and exit which was submitted in court.
During his cross-examination, Mudassir was asked about his last contact with Kasab, to which he replied that he had met with Ajmal Kasab a few days earlier.
He further said that he did not know the Ajmal Kasab who was hanged in India adding that Kasab was alive and could be produced in court if needed.
At least 10 heavily-armed men took siege of the Indian financial hub city of Mumbai in November 2008, killing at least 166 people in a three-day onslaught.
The siege ended after the army was called in, killing all attackers except for lone surviving gunman, Ajmal Kasab.
India had blamed Pakistan-based-militants for orchestrating the attack.
Initially Pakistani authorities had denied Indian claims of Kasab being a Pakistani national but had later confirmed that the only surviving attacker belonged to Pakistan.
Ajmal Kasab was later hanged in November 2012 in a Pune jail.

I saw the interview with Ajmal Kasab in the hospital. His language said it all. He did not speak like any Pakistani, had a completely different accent and vocabulary. So no matter how much media, who ran with the story without confirming it in Pakistan, wants us to believe this man is Pakistani he is not.

There are a few things in this case which are like a puzzle for every one. Yes, I agree with most that the Ajmal Kasab who was hanged, did not speak like a pakistani of this area would do. Then the biggest problem, I have with the Indian story is when their government denied Pakistani investigators an access to Ajmal Kasab and other persons related to that case. I mean if they wanted Pakistan to punish the culprit through a fair trial then what would be their concerns in not allowing Pakistani investigators to talk to Kasab, the policemen who caught him and the indian investigators. I am not negating that possibly some people who sailed out from karachi really did commit the crime, but I find a few things in the case, including Kasab's identity to be fishy.

The school teacher appears to have seen too many Bollywood old movies in which twin brothers are separated from each other in their childhood. The bad one becomes a villain who was hanged in India and the other twin emerges as a hero in the second half of the movie and who would now be dancing around the trees with his heroine. Notwithstanding above, the teacher should be interviewed by Geo TV to find out the truth and pinpoint the agency who planted him to belittle India.

Ajmal Kasab was a person born and raised in Nepal. He could not speak Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto or Baluchi. He was given a crash course in one of those languages. Go and figure it out.

I think the problem with people is they are always in denial mode and everything they see is through the lense of conspiracy. Pakistan is almost 100% muslim country and they claim their ISI is the worlds best, than one wonders who is colluding with their enemies for this conspiracy theories to exist. The case of this teacher mentioned in the story is of a person who continues to tell himself lies and in the end starts to believe in it. I, as a Pakistani national question the authorities of my country that what is the progress of Mumbai case and what have we done so far to apprehend all involved as well as what steps have we taken that this would not occur again?

One newscaster in one of the other shows kept discussing "Mushtaq Ahmed's beard" and tried to connect it to Kevin Pieterson's batting performance against Indian Spinners. How about Veena Malik's photos with the word ISI tatoeed on her shoulder. Does that spread love? Do you think that by insulting an independant countries public institution you are spreading love? First it takes two months for govt. machinery to acknowledge that this man is Pakistani. Now some nut job comes along and says he has seen Kasab and the whole country starts believing it. First step to reform is to acknowledge that you have a problem. Pakistani's are in perpetual denial of the presence of evil in this country. I know its difficult to believe.
