Examples: Start of Judaism and Islam, magna carta,American revolution,French revolution,American civil war,Russian revolution,establishment of modern Turkey after the fall of the Ottomans,embracing of Christianity by the Rome under Constantine,Start of Protestants, Technological revolutions include start of stone age,bronze age,iron age,farming,written language,development of laws,industrial revolution,internet,

cheap & fast Justice system...equality

A revolution to me would be the change in Pakistani thinking - a more tolerant approach which respects not only minorities, women and children, but also respects people who just have a different opinion.

Revolution to me means a sustainable development with religious and ethnic tolerance. Equal opportunities to all and care for the poor. Good infrastructure and emphasis on education, health, agriculture and Research & Development. A place where talent is not eaten by corruption. A place(Govt) which recognizes its citizens and imparts nationalism/patriotism in them. Protects its people from internal and external threats and stands by them at the international level . I hope some day Pakistan becomes such a nation.

Revolution, to me, is an effort to break the status quo to bring about a change in how the government addresses the democratic rights of its citizens. True revolution must result in a true democracy where everyone who holds the Government office is accountable and is free of all conflicts of interest, every citizen is able to elect his representative through fair elections and every citizen receives speedy justice through courts. If somebody wrongs me, he gets punished; if I wrong somebody, I get punished, irrespective of our social status.

My revolution for Pakistan is the true & secular manifestation of Quaid-e-Azam's speech of 11 Jun 1947.

Revolution for me is the need of time. To save Pakistan to collapse in the hands of murderers and looters. Though I am not a PAT worker, but being a Pakistani and being aware of the poor condition in which Pakistanis live, I feel that Dr Qadri's agenda is the only hope and Solution for Pakistan. You can not just let the corrupts rule your country forever. It's the part of nature that good arises where there is evil. And same is happening in Pakistan, Dr Qadri has rose as a voice of people; of common man. He fully understands the problems of people and has proposed a well planned and rational solution. From Economy to courts and from basic necessity of life to political and electoral reform, what not he has discussed. He has presented a bright future of Pakistan. It's time to revolt against the Pharaohs of time. For me Revolution is not a political issue but a humanitarian deed and Ibadat. May Allah bless these protestors with victory soon. Those who have left their homes for Pakistan. Those Revolutionaries who have beds in home but are sleeping on road for betterment of Pakistan. Those who are sacrificing their lives for us. You can expect the whole country to come out for Revolution. Few Made Pakistan and few will save it. That is Revolution. I am hoping that there is history going to be made soon. The golden history in which the names of those blessed people will be included who have put their today at stake for future generation. Allah Bless Pakistan. Revolution just means going round in circles.

To me the real revolution is third tier of democracy. Local body elections should be held immediately and proper devolution of power must take place as soon as possible. Democracy with Local Government has potential of a real revolution for the common man. Without Local Government, such "Inquilabi" leaders will keep on rising as these leaders will capitalize on frustrations of the common man. If our current so called "Democrats" cannot take serious measures for Local Governments, then Pakistan is better off with Martial Law.

A revolution in Pakistan for me would be the very fact that its people shun the mantra of ethnicity, religion, and or sectarianism i.e. be less of a Punjabi, a Balouchi, a Sindhi, or a Pathan, and be more of a Pakistani. The day we start to act and think like a Pakistani, would mark the day of us being a Nation that would be destined to make progress by leaps and bounds.

Revolution doesn't mean to me a temporary euphoric prospect of coming something highly dreamed of and wished for...! For me it means something like a shift in thinking that we have to reform ourselves justly and inclusively; and not just to talk big and fantastical things on the blogs, newspaper columns, social media, and the mother of all the news channels, but reforming and implementing those reforms for good. This reform should not be like creating islands of shining Pakistan but including the minorities, the poor and the marginalised. In short, allowing an enlightened evolution to take its course is the most important revolution we badly need.

Personally, Revolution in Pakistan means meritocracy in governance, rule of law, speedy justice for all, an independent and competent foreign policy, quality public education and healthcare policy, a robust planning and development policy which leverages upon our abundant natural and human resource and a broad and progressive tax policy.

Revolutions are breakthrough ideas , they challenge the "existing" ideas and Ideals in any society, revolutions may be political, social and judicial (ethical and moral), economical and technological, sometimes this transition of ideals and Ideas in society takes place very smoothly its gradual and slow, but sometimes the revolutionary Ideas may tremble, stumble and then tramp the status quo based on existing ideas and ideals. Pakistan needs a change and for good, Pakistan needs a revolution so that system refreshed /rebooted, corruption is above and below, we have to get rid of corrupt, we need a screening system for the candidates in election , judiciary has to be independent, there has to be revolution inside everyone and it will start with 'Iqra'.

Revolution for Pakistan means a shift to equal rights, duties and opportunities for all.

When Pakistan stop being dictated by superpowers, having a literacy rate match with the developed countries, merit being promoted corruption automatically goes down with accountability irrespective of statuses and most importantly when a Pakistani stands for his rights i.e. Self-determination !
