ISLAMABAD: The capital police registered on late Tuesday night a criminal case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, some federal ministers and police officials under an order issued by a district and sessions court.
On Monday, the district and sessions judge asked the Secretariat police to register the case while disposing of a petition filed by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek over the alleged killing of its three workers on Aug 30.
He also directed the police to strictly follow the law. According to police sources, the case was registered under Section 7 of the ATA and PPCs 302, 324, 148, 149.

Everyone thinks of changing the Pakistan, but no one thinks of changing himself....it is not an institution it is not a point of view...it starts a revolution by starting one in you..folks...There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them. what it is going to be??????

According to Pakistani laws section 144 is the last section to arrest someone. Section 302 is murder section. If anyone go to police station and file a FIR for murder under section 302. Police have to arrest nominated person.
What a joke, both brothers are nominated in different FIRs for murder charges but no arrest and not even bail.
But PTI and PAT workers were arrested under section 144

Isn't it wonderful that sitting PM has been made accountable? Next time rulers will be more careful in dealing with public.
. Slowly but surely change is coming and it is visible if we keep our eyes open. IK may be the catalyst but real credit goes to on - going democratic process in the country. Let the democracy take firm roots this VIP culture supported by ill-gotten wealth and misuse of power will vanish into thin air.

Truth of the matter is that it is impossible to conduct impartial investigation in Pakistan against the rich & influential. Not too long ago son of an industrialist killed the son of a police officer in Karachi in a much-publicised case. Despite the guilty verdict, offender walked away scot-free. Justice Pakistan style. Good luck with Nawaz & Co.

IK and TUQ wasting nation's time in their evening dance parties. If they have a least pain for this nation , they have stopped sit-ins after devastating floods. They are power hungery and innoncents people are being manipulated in the name of naya Pakistan and Inqalab. After Javed Hashmi revelations, there is no reason to support these sit-ins

@Mo The saying "it's a waste of time...nothing will happen" is exactly the reason Pakistan is sunk in corruption and behind the rest of the world.
Don't say "nothing will happen": make something happen, with the permission and grace of Allah!
