Like the previous two weeks, Coke Studio on Saturday released four new songs from episode three of season seven on its website and social media accounts.

New artistes on episode three included Fariha Pervez, Rahma, and Jimmy Khan.

Jhoolay Laal:

After his much slower version of Tum Naraz Ho, Sajjad Ali teaming up with Fariha Pervez sang the melodious Jhoolay Laal, a song which would take the listener into a state of zen. Guest musicians included Arsalan Rabbani on harmonium, Sajid Ali on flute, Syed Adeel Ali on guitars and Tanveer Tafu on rubab.

Sunn Ve Balori:

Meesha Shafi made a comeback on Coke Studio with the ever famous Sunn Ve Balori by giving a completely different beat to the song. Omran Shafique on guitars and Ustad Tafu on tablas as guest musicians have taken the number to a whole new level.

Nadiya:

New faces Jimmy Khan and Rahma sang the song Nadiya – a delightful marriage of the original Nadiya and the oldie Gari Ko Chalana Babu. Guest musicians included Arsalan Rabbani playing melodica, Hamza Jafri playing ukulele and Mubashir Admani on the keyboards.

Dost:

With best saved for the last, legendary Abida Parveen sang the soulful Dost which had Sajid Ali on flute and Shallum Xavier on guitars as guest musicians.
