ISLAMABAD: The management of ARY News has obtained stay order from the Sindh High Court against the suspension of its licence by Pemra and the channel is back on air.
After the court’s directives, the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) issued a notification on Wednesday, withdrawing its earlier order that had suspended the channel for 15 days.
While a copy of the fresh notification has been forwarded to the SHC in compliance of the stay order, verbal instructions have been issued to cable networks to start airing the channel.

Freedom of speech doesn't allow to anyone speak hateful speech against any institutions or any people . Some body are using this right very meaning less and everybody should consider about this issue . Every episode of kharaa sach is based upon hated speech against any people or organization. It's seem like that someone had been launching proxi war against particular person behind media program . This should stop media victimization on news channel . Kharaa sach is always organized many program against government and mushbir lookman is very closed to imran khan . His presentation style is not neutral.

While a copy of the fresh notification has been forwarded to the SHC in compliance of the stay order, verbal instructions have been issued to cable networks to start airing the channel. verbal instruction!!! verbal instruction!!! i am confused... matter related to court proceeding done verbally... if that is the case Nawaz shrif could verbally denounce his prime ministry and the entire saga of PTI, PAT played would have been over two months a go... is this a country or pawn shop...

Pakistan need a hard brass tack approach to journalism. if the content is based with proofs, it can only assist society, I donnot see the Bhutto/Zardaris or Shareefs taking the BBC to Courts to prove their innocence
