Actor Mustafa Qureshi is an optimistic fellow, or so it seems. He has recently given a statement in which he has claimed that the Pakistani film industry is ‘back on track’. I assume that by this he doesn’t mean the track on which he and Sultan Rahi ran their train of films for a long, long time, but the one which signifies improvement as per the current technological demands of moviemaking. He, however, stresses that we still need to ‘work harder’ because our competition is with Indian films. Okay! So the Christopher Nolans and the David Finchers of the world shouldn’t be bothered about us.
