@Awais Ali , the credit goes to Pervz Musharaf who gave women their rights they never had before. He authorized women to be a fighter pilot and hold high ranking civil and Police jobs .Women in Pakistan should thank Pervez Mushraf for this vision and efforts to provide equal opportunities for women to have the same rights as men.

The headscarf and face cover should be done differently (if needed) so it looks like a tactical mask & helmet instead of some type of religious obligation as we want to see religion and state separately for its own good

What is this ? What is the role of women in forces specially in fighting at front line ? Their are number of other professions which women can join and can serve better but in forces no not at all women is made sensitive by Allah because of some reason and not to fight so people who are appreciating must rethink.

The women are seen demonstrating their skills in ground shooting only they should also be given equally good and comprehensive training as men otherwise in a gorilla war they will be in a weaker position to defend themselves against an attacker. They should also be wearing helmets or hard hats for better protection.

In war zone splinter's flies all over and the most vulnerable part is head specially back of head,a helmet is always necessary to stop a sharp splinter, these woman should have helmet's even while they are training, they can surely wear face mask it will also keep dust away.

Police is to Protect and to Serve. I hope they are reminded that they there to serve and to protect and Respect must be earned and not always commanded. Pakistani police has a negative stigma attached to it of being unfriendly and corrupt. It must work on changing that everyday. Also, please pay them handsome amounts.

Good ! a small step toward a big future prospect. About covering of face , Apart of their choice/local norms, all important missions required to keep actual identity being not revealed so in future for a mission done for the country his/her family or self is not in danger for any revenge, for example even American Elite Seals who conducted operation in Abbottabad had their identity kept secret, covered faces ( though some later revealed them self , against their army law ) and many more missions done same way. Yes for safety reason Helmet / Bullet proof Hijab etc is required . As this is the first step in direction and protection/safety is necessary. Institutions involved in training must do research /design /develop the dress which cover their identity and provide the safety and comfort too ( Its not just the helmet for head protection and whole body ( Keeping in mind the women E.g their Long hair must fit in comfortably & not any abstraction to combat mission and many more etc. This need years for work. But once again good job , these brave girls despite limited resources, coming out ,doing hard work, bread earner for their families and are doing a great service for the nation. Need standing ovation Please !
