ISLAMABAD: For the first time, Pakistan female team will be accompanying the men team at the Asian Powerlifting Championship to be staged in Muscat from Oct 1 to 5. The team will leave on Thursday.
Team: Men: Mahmood Heera (120kg), Nadeem Hashmi (105kg), Sohail Butt (84kg) and Rashed Malik (93kg); Women:Twinkle Sohail (57kg), Sonia Azmat (63kg) and Shazia Kanwal Butt (84kg+); Officials: Haider Ali and Mohammad Zahid.
