It’s been quite a while since a Pakistani fashion model ventured into films. Well, it’s happening now. Omer Shahzad will be seen playing the male lead in director Iqbal Kashmiri’s forthcoming film.

This is significant because he will be working alongside the likes Annie Jaffrey, Sajid Hasan, Shamoon Abbasi, Ali Agha and Mathira. Fashion designer Ahmed Bham and stylist Nabila have also been roped in for the film, which will be shot in Karachi and Bangkok, implying that the wardrobe and styling will also be of top-notch quality.

Let’s see how steady Omer S walks the movie ramp.
