HYDERABAD, Jan 20 A declaration announced by the All Parties conference held on Sunday by Jamiat Ulema-i-Pakistan condemned the genocide of Palestinians by Israeli forces, terming it the worst example of state terrorism.

It called upon the Security Council and international human rights organisations to take notice of the massacre of over 1,000 Palestinians, including 300 children and 100 women and help stop these inhuman atrocities.

The declaration expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people and demanded of the Pakistan government to convene an Islamic Conference on the Palestinian issue.

Speaking on the occasion, JUP chief Dr Sahibzada Abul Khair Mohammad Zubair said that the UN was good-for-nothing. He warned the Muslim Ummah, the Arab League and OIC that if they failed to unite on one platform, they may face extermination.

He said that Muslims were being subjected to inhuman atrocities in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kashmir.

The APC was also addressed by Jamaat-i-Islami leader Abdul Waheed Qureshi, Nizamul Hyderi of Shia Ulema Council, Moulana Taj Mohammad Nahiyoon of JUI-F, Shabbir Hassan Ansari of the PML-N and leaders of other political parties.
