LAHORE, Feb 20 The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has added two more nominees for the International Hockey Federation`s (FIH) different committees, changing Islahuddin Siddiqi`s position from the Rule Board to Equipment Committee.

A PHF spokesman said that the final decision of induction of the PHF officials would be made in the FIH`s next meeting.

While PHF Secretary Asif Bajwa had announced five officials on Thursday, excluding Islah and Col (retd.) Mudassar Asghar but decided to send Islah`s name for the equipment committee the next day.

Islah has been representing Pakistan in the Rule Board since 1993. It is unclear if the PHF had decided to change Islah`s slot with his consent or not.

Besides adding Islah, the PHF also sent the name of little-known Salman Ahmad for the communication and media committee.

The total nominations are

Asif Bajwa (Competition Committee), Rana Mujahid Ali (Rules Board), Hassan Sardar (Athletes Commission), Islahuddin Siddiqui (Equipment Committee), Parvez Bhandhara (Marketing Committee), Shahbaz Ahmad Senior (Development and Coaching Committee) and Sal-man Ahmad (Communication/Media Committee).
