RAWALPINDI An Anti Terrorism Court here on Saturday adjourned the hearing of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhuttos assassination case till March 21.
The defense lawyers completed the cross examination of Magistrate Chaudhry Taufeeq. The Magistrate had recorded the confessional statements of five accused.
Later, ATC-I Judge Chaudhry Habib-ur-Rehman adjourned the case till March 21.
The case is being heard inside the Adiala Jail because of security reasons.
Benazir Bhutto was killed in a suicide attack here on December 27th, 2007. The suicide attack was allegedly planned by Taliban Commander Baitullah Masud.
The joint investigation team arrested five accused, including Aitraz Shah, Sher Zaman, Rafaqat, Hasnain Gul and Mufti Abdur Rashid.
According to the APP, the court had also declared Baitullah Masud as a proclaimed offender in the case.
