ISLAMABAD, Feb 10: Apropos a news item titled “Chakwal college in total mess” published in our issue of Dec 26, 2010. The news was published in good faith and in the interest of the students, and there was no intention of casting any aspersions on Mr Nasir Zaidi, a lecturer. According to a legal notice received by us, Mr Zaidi has been performing his duty as a lecturer regularly.—Editor
