KARACHI: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Sunday said that the government has proved that it is possible to conduct targeted operations in Karachi without any discrimination, DawnNews reported.

In a statement today, Malik claimed that the police and Rangers conducted an operation in the city this morning and thanked the local residents of the area for their cooperation.

Malik said that the targeted operations should not be discriminatory and all criminals should be acted against, regardless of their political affiliation.
