ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said on Tuesday that the time had come for Pakistan to renew its ties with India, DawnNews reported.
Khan said “we will try to solve the issue of Kashmir if we form a government”.
Speaking at the ongoing Pakistan-India trade forum, Khan said that Pakistan’s new generation was ready to develop and enhance relations with India.
Moreover, he said that political parties which were anti-India were not supported by the public.
The PTI chief said that Pakistan’s economy was deteriorating and that the system of governance in the country needed reform.
Furthermore, he said that the PTI would not join any coalition and would contest in the elections independently.
