PESHAWAR, Sept 10: The Peshawar High Court on Monday ordered transfers and postings of 12 judicial officers including seven additional district and sessions judges (ADSJs), two senior civil judges (SCJ) and three civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates.

According to the order issued by PHC Registrar Subhan Sher, an ADSJ at Peshawar, Ahmad Sultan Tareen, has been transferred to Balakot whereas he has been replaced by Ms Kulsoom Azam, who has been transferred from Swabi.

Another ADSJ posted at Balakot, Jehanzeb Shinwari, has been transferred to Swat bench (Darul Qaza) as its additional registrar.

Similarly, an ADSJ at Ghazi, Tahir Mahmood, has been transferred and posted at Swabi.

An ADSJ serving as legal drafter at the high court, Amir Nazir Bhatti, has been transferred and posted as additional member inspection team at the high court. He will also look after the affairs of the human rights cell pertaining to males.

Similarly, an ADSJ, Ms Riffat Amir, serving as additional member inspection team, has been posted as legal draftsperson at the high court. She will also look after the human rights cell pertaining to females.

SCJ Mohammad Shoaib, serving as director planning and development at the high court, has been transferred and posted at Chitral as SCJ/aala ilaqa qazi. He has been replaced by another SCJ, Qaiser Raheem, who has been transferred from Chitral.

Furthermore, the three civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates include Ihteshamul Haq Danishmand, who has been transferred from Swabi to Abbottabad, Ms Hussan Bano from Abbottabad to Swabi and Azimullah Mashwani from Chitral to Shangla as senior civil judge on current charge basis.
