Pakistan Peoples Party leaders Sharjeel Inam Memon and Owais Muzaffar Tappi won a seat in the Sindh Assembly each.

Memon won PS-50 (Hyderabad-VI) with 32,000 votes. According to unofficial results, Memon, the former Sindh Information Minister, secured 32,000 votes, while his rival independent contender Khawand Buksh got 13,740 votes.

Moreover, Tappi, a foster brother of President Asif Ali Zardari, clinched PS-88 (Thatta-5) by securing 27,100 votes, while his rival contender Haji Usman, an independent candidate, obtained 12,300 votes, unofficial results said.
