You are now in the dining room
Three tables have been placed together to make a big table with 11 seats.
“He would eat and hold meetings here,” says Wahab.
The table, which originally had room for 12 people, may seem like a lot for the two residents of the house, but guests would also be entertained here.
“[Jinnah himself] ate bread and simple food since he was mostly unwell during his days here”.
On the wall of the dining room is a pencil sketch of Fatima Jinnah; this was presented to her in 1963, after the Quaid’s passing.
