ISLAMABAD, May 12: The judicial war between Adnan Sami Khan and Zeba Bakhtiar has once again erupted as the former has filed a case against his ex-wife for breach of agreement.

A case was filed against Zeba Bakhtiar on behalf of Adnan Sami Khan by his father Arshad Sami Khan in the court of Guardian Judge Sheikh Mohammad Akram.

In his application, Arshad Sami Khan pleaded that three months ago, a reconciliation agreement was reached between the two parties regarding settlement of all cases.

“In good faith we withdrew all cases against Zeba and Yahya Bakhtiar, but their intentions were not clear and they have not withdrawn their cases,” he said.

As per the agreement, it was decided that Azaan, son of Adnan Sami Khan, will be allowed to meet his father without any hurdle, he said. However, Zeba Bakhtiar did not allow Azaan to meet his father, he added.

He requested the court to direct Ms Bakhtiar to let Azaan meet his father.

Talking to Dawn, Arshad Sami Khan said the 12 cases withdrawn against Ms Bakhtiar and her family would be reopened to seek justice.
