Who says so ? How do you know that he has run out of luck ? Wait and see !! You will see justice Pakistan Style Did the Supreme court finalize the Power Rental Case , the NICL case , the Haj scam case , the Gilani misappropriation case and the Epherdine case ?! My history teacher used to define the UNO as an organization where , in his words ," This is a place where there is a lot of noise and thunder and the matter is dropped creating a stench " !! Our supreme court is quite similar to the place my history teacher referred to !

Accountability is the only way out of corruption which is present at every level in society in countries where rule of law is not supreme. It takes such measures to curb these ills in a burgeoning democracy. Bringing an accused to have his say in court is the right thing to do, however the courts or the bodies doing this should be of high moral standard.
