IT is indeed shocking and painful to hear about the attack on the Quaid-i-Azam’s residency in Ziarat.

This was a monument for which everyone visiting Quetta would drive a few miles to see the place where our Quaid used to stay.

It is heartening to hear our Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar’s assurance to rebuild this monument in quick time. But what about the Quaid’s relics we have lost?

We as a nation have not cared for the Quaid’s ‘Unity, Faith and Discipline’ message. It was a powerful message and we are suffering today only because we are not united.
