KARACHI: Iranian ambassador to Pakistan, Alireza Haghighian called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Bilawal House today.

Pak-Iran bilateral relations were discussed during the meeting.

The president on the occasion expressed heartfelt condolences over the loss of life due to the recent earthquake in Iran.

He said that the Pakistani nation shares the grief of their Iranian brethren at this hour of distress.

He offered every possible assistance to the Iranian government and the people of Iran.
