QUETTA: Former Prisons Minister of Balochistan Sultan Tareen, who was kidnapped by unknown gunmen a month ago, reached his home on Friday.

According to family sources, Sultan had reached home on Friday evening.

Gunmen in two vehicles had kidnapped Sultan Tareen about a month ago from Ziarar Cross area of Pishin district.

Family sources said Tareen was set free by his captives after payment of ransom.

Sultan Tareen was elected as an MPA from Harnai district on the ticket of Awami National Party (ANP). He was prisons minister in Nawab Raisani cabinet.
