SUKKUR: Taxi driver killed

SUKKUR May 20: A taxi driver, Sajid Ali, was killed when his car collided head-on with a passenger bus No NBU-288 near the Bus Terminal Sukkur on Monday.

TRUCK DRIVER: A truck driver was kidnapped from the Indus Highway on Monday. Ghulam Sarwar was intercepted and overpowered by some highwaymen near Kandhkot town.

The villagers chased after the outlaws and succeeded in getting the driver released after an encounter. The highwaymen, however, drove the truck away.—Correspondent
