Answers:

  1. It is derived from the words ‘citizen’ and ‘net’, to mean a dweller of the internet.

  2. To add to (something) in a way that enhances or improves it.

  3. ‘Education’ and ‘entertainment’. Edutainment is used to refer to a programme that both entertains and educates, such as Sesame Street.

  4. Child-like, naive.

  5. Banana and toffee.

  6. It means a reasonably accurate but not precisely certain calculation about something, and is made by combining the words, ‘guess’ and ‘estimate’.

  7. Flout means to openly disregard something, such as a rule.

  8. Averse means, ‘opposed to’.

  9. Careful, or wise self-restraint in speech and behaviour
