FAISALABAD, Aug 6: The Government College University, Faisalabad, has announced results of BA/BSc (Composite) examinations 2013 on Tuesday with pass percentage being 49.45 per cent.

Around 5,967 students appeared in the BA exam out of whom 2,925 passed; 680 students appeared in the BSc examination with 362 passing it.

Muhammad Ammar from the Government Postgraduate College, Samundri, overall topped the BA/BSc exams with 628 marks out of 800. Iqra Ghaffar from Government College for Women, Samundri, stood second with 625 marks and Ayesha Khushnood from Government College for Women, Dijkot, got the third position with 625 marks.

Ayesha Khushnood topped the BA examination with 625 marks, Rubina Ahmad from Government College for Women, Tandlianwala, stood second with 611 marks and Maria Liaquat from GC for Women, Dijkot, stood third with 609 marks.

In the BSc exam, the top position was secured by Muhammad Ammar from the Government Postgraduate College, Samundri, with 628 marks, whereas Iqra Ghaffar from GC for Women, Samundri, stood second with 625 marks and Rafaqat Ali from TI College, Chenab Nagar, Chiniot, got the third position with 621 marks.

The overall passing percentage of girl students was 58.31 per cent and 33.75 per cent for boys.
