KARACHI, Aug 26: Pak National Club won the two-day Sindh Sports Board (SSB) Karachi juniors and youth boxing championship which concluded at Ustad Sattoo Boxing Stadium in Lyari on Sunday.

The pugilists from Pak National Club captured three golds and one silver medal to return victorious.

Lyari Project Club fetched two golds and one silver medal to finish runner-up.

Some 35 boxers from all over the city competed in the event held in two categories.

Meanwhile, the closing ceremony of month-long summer boxing coaching camp was also held on Sunday. Both the events were held under the aegis of the Sindh Boxing Association (SBA).

Commissioner Karachi, Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui, graced the finals and gave away the prizs. Secretary of the SBA, Asghar Baloch, was also present.

56 kg: Karim bt Faqir Mohammad 2-1

64 kg: Khalil bt Yaqoob 3-0

69 kg: Balach bt Uzair 3-0

75 kg: Zahoor bt Mahmood 2-1

81 kg: Qamar bt Waqar 3-0
