Doctor kidnapped

QUETTA, Sept 17: A prominent heart specialist of Balochistan, Dr Abdul Manaf Tareen, was kidnapped in Pishin late on Tuesday night, police said.

Sources said that when Dr Tareen came out of the newly constructed Heart and General Hospital near Pishin bus stand to proceed to his house some armed men approached him.

Police sources said that four men took away Dr Tareen in their car on gunpoint. He was taken to an unknown place.—Staff Correspondent
