The third edition of Islamabad Fashion Week was held from October fourth till the sixth at Serena Hotel Islamabad. The three day fashion event was organised under the aegis of the International Pakistan Fashion Council (IPFC) with support from the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). The primary goal of the fashion week is to help inform, empower and encourage designers as well as to promote traditional crafts. More then twenty designers and labels from across the country, as well as from Bangladesh and Malaysia, gathered to showcase their collection during the event.

May Allah guide us all, in a country where people struggle to have two meals such fashion shows are insult to a nation. We are one of the poorest nations please encourage our women to do progressive work for our society not indulge in fashion.
