QUETTA, Nov 11: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court has directed provincial home secretary and inspector general of police Balochistan to submit at the next hearing separate reports on the kidnapping of Arbab Zahir Kasi, a provincial leader of Awami National Party.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulakhel issued directives on Monday after hearing a petition filed by Arbab Farooq Kasi, son of Arbab Zahir, who nominated federation as respondent through the interior ministry.
