OH no! I will be cut next! I know my end is here. I cannot do anything but wait for my turn. Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself to you. I am an old shady tree. I do not have a name but two children who come to me sometimes call me ‘Big Friendly Tree’ (BFT). I like my name especially the word ‘friendly’.

Oh! The men, they are killing my friends. They are cutting and hurting them! Please stop them! Please! Well you are done Greeny, Leafy and my other tree friends, goodbye. Sigh!

Now I would like to tell you about my plant-hood. I am a fruit tree that grew from an apple seed. I did not know anything of the world outside the apple until a girl called Zahra ate the apple. She took me out and went to the nearest park with her brother and father. She then planted me in the soft mud.

After that everyday Zahra and sometimes her brother came too. She watered me everyday and talked to me. They still come to see me sometimes, and now, I, her BFT, is going to be cut and killed. Please save me and my friends. If you want to save me, then stop wasting paper, and if you want your world to be clean and less polluted then save me. Make your world look green and beautiful by stop cutting us because you do not want a dirty and barren planet.
