HARIPUR, June 15: The local police have yet to find any clue of the culprits involved in a robbery at Mohalla Malikpura, where some bandits had deprived a goldsmith’s family of valuables and cash eight days back.

Three armed men forced their entry into the house of one Mushtaq Hussain Zargar at around 2pm last Sunday and after locking all the family members in a room decamped with Rs10,000, 2,000 Saudi riyals and about 44 tolas of gold ornaments.

Though the local police claimed to have nabbed some of the culprits involved in Kalas robbery in which the owner had also been deprived of valuables and over Rs500,000 cash two months back.— Correspondent
