KARACHI: The 22nd Sindh Cup snooker, which serves as a qualifier for country’s premier snooker championship, commenced at a local parlour on Wednesday.

As many as 192 cueists are competing in the first knockout stage and top 16 finishers will join as many exempted players in the league.

Top six players of the cup will qualify for the 2014 national snooker championship.
