ATTOCK: Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmed on Saturday said the objective of Punjab Youth Festival was to involve younger generation in healthy activities.

He was speaking at a competition of national songs and poetry held at the Government Postgraduate collage (GPGC) Attock.

The minister said they had taken youth away from drugs and other harmful activities and brought them to sports grounds. He urged the public to take part in the festival and avail of the opportunities and sports facilities being provided by the government. — Our Correspondent
