QUETTA: Proceedings in the Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti murder case could not be held by the anti-terrorism court (ATC) here on Monday and deferred to March 17.

Two accused in the case, former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao and former home minister of Balochistan Shoaib Nosherwani, were present in the court for hearing. However, ATC judge Tariq Anwar Kansi was not there.

Retired Gen Pervez Musharraf is also an accused in the case.
