MULTAN: The city is going to get a spacious café on the lines of Pak Tea House in Lahore for intellectuals, poets and writers to promote literary activities.

District Coordination Officer (DCO) Zahid Saleem Gondal told APP on Wednesday the two-storey cafe called ‘Multan Tea House’ would be located inside the Multan Arts Council.

The ground floor would serve as a cafe where poets, writers and intellectuals would be able to meet for discussions over tea and snacks. The upper storey would be a hall to host literary events, Gondal said. — APP
