A tense calm prevailed in Larkana and suburbs after a mob set on fire a Dharamshala and damaged some statues of Hindu deities in an adjacent temple on Saturday night in protest against alleged desecration of Holy Quran.
The protesters took to streets after a Hindu youth from New Leelaabad had allegedly desecrated pages of Quran. The allegation is yet to be verified from witnesses and other independent sources. A police team headed by ASP Larkana has been constituted to investigate the incident.

Pakistan's image is bad enough in the world regarding religious freedom and minorities that such act will add more insult and no real investor will come to its shores. Just be yourself and your PM will be going around.with begging bowl and tour western countries.Saudi will pay your bills. Has Pakistan ever renovated/reinstated any Hindu temples or Church? How many Hindu temples have been destroyed by pakistan militants in Kashmir?

We never feel any differences. Those kind of Muslims that I have known. I still feel indian Muslims are better , tolerant than pakistani Muslims .

Pakistan has been paying and will definitely pay for each and every act of violence in the name of Islam. You can not get away with your sins, be it hindu or muslim. What is religious in it that turns people into savage animals.

@Rahmat:
Religious intolerance is everywhere in this world, not just Pakistan. Muslims have been the victims of much more; you don't need to look very far, just take a peek at the violent nature of our so called "democratic" neighbors and how they have mistreated religious minorities in thier country and have persecuted muslims in their so-called democratic country.

@Paramjit:
Mr. Paramjit let first apologize for my fellow country men who took this action. Having said that the issues you bring up are separate. Regardless of the religion there are people who will use it to take channel there anger at the weak. e.g Babari Mosque, Riots in Gujrat, Massacres in Amritsar and so on. Now I do not see Hindus in Pakistan do any of this so can I say that Hindus in Pakistan are better then those India. Clearly the answer is no thus your conclusion is a fallacy.
Now lets examine the similarities of Indian muslims and Hindu Pakistanis. They are both minorities, they are both under pressure from large majorities and the law in both cases provides almost no protection. Thus these people are not able to voice even the most basic grievances and that certainly is more the case is Pakistan then in India.
The bottom line being it is wrong to destroy and kill regardless of your religion etc.

This has been happening since ages. People are used to it.
But If you really want to make a difference, just shun outdated scripts. Question the core of your belief system.

I wish the same could be said by our Hindu brothers on destroying Sikh gurudwaras and killing thousands of innocent old, women and children in 1984 riots all over India, was that not blasphemy?
