TOBA TEK SINGH: Kamalia police on Sunday arrested a man wanted in a blasphemy case for the last five years in a raid at Ali Pur Chatha, Gujranwala.

An official told reporters that Kamalia city police had registered a case under sections 295-A and 295-C of the Pakistan Penal Code in 2009 against Asif Raza Alvi for allegedly delivering a blasphemous speech in a religious gathering at Kamalia.

However, the suspect could not be arrested as he was in hiding for the last five years. At last, he was arrested from Ali Pur Chattha in a police raid.
