Lightning kills two near Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: Two young men died on Monday when lightning struck them in the area of Kahuta near Rawalpindi, DawnNews reported.

Two residents belonging to the Kahuta district went searching for employment on motorcycles, when due to heavy rain they sought shelter under a tree.

However, unfortunately lightning struck them killing both on the spot.

The dead bodies were shifted to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Kahuta where family members gathered to claim them.

After post-mortem the bodies would be given to the relatives.
