Ingredients
Dark chocolate: 175gms
Cocoa powder: 2tb sps
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Egg whites: 6
Egg yolks: 6
Method
Melt chocolate in a double boiler and set it aside.
In a bowl beat egg whites until it gets stiff for almost five minutes, keep it aside.
In another bowl, beat sugar and egg yolks for three minutes now add melted chocolate, cocoa powder and beat for another one minute.
Fold the stiffly beaten egg whites in the chocolate mixture. (Do not beat at this stage).
Now pour the batter in a lined roll cake pan and heat at 180C for 20 minutes.
Ingredients (for filling)
Melted chocolate: 1/2 cup
Malt powder: 1/2 cup
Whipped cream: 1 cup
Method: Beat all the ingredients until smooth.
Spread the filling on the cooled cake and make a roll.
Chill for 2-3 hours and cut into slices.
