PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Badminton Association on Thursday shortlisted 10 probabales for the two-day camp after conducting a daylong trials at the Wadood Hall.

District Sports Officer Zakir Khan said that a seven-member squad would be announced on May 17 before the team proceed to Lahore on May 19 to participate in the forthcoming Inter-provincial Boys Badminton Championship scheduled to be played from May 20 at the Iqbal Stadium Lahore.

DSO Zakir said that around 40 probables from across the province took part in the trials of whom Hamza (Peshawar), Zohaib (Peshawar), Ehtisham (Peshawar), Haris (Malakand), Mehtab Ali (Swat), Basit Khan (Swat), Shayan Khan (Bannu), Taimur and Nabile (Peshawar) have been selected for the camp for the inter-provincial event.
